I think We should buy stuff from local market small vendors things like oil milk gheeif u dont trust always buy packed things like unpolished rice u cant get it in big malls or if u find the price is so high so better to buy small shops flour with bran i like to purchase from small flour mill they prepare it fresh and who says malls have quality items its a myth only they dont return and many times no exchange also. If u hv nearby shop or small store or directly from producer like farmers then that is best go for it. Eat ur cultural food locally produced fruits vegetables oils everything for good health.
