I’ve always been a pure roadie but recently bought a cyclocross bike with a view to getting into that over the winters rather than retreating into turbo trainer. I was wondering if you shared any of your workouts or drills on any platforms or what you considered key workouts or drills for some of the style of racing and riding that you see in cyclocross, such as training that strong low cadence work that keeps you pulling through deep sand etc

The belief and work rate is there. Then a day arrives, the stars align and the victory comes. It's based on never giving in, always trying, doing your best and coping with adversity.
