Am I the only one who felt incredibly sad when Rio said "Just thought things were different now"? He looked so heartbroken, it's clear he cares for her even though she's still trying to get rid of him. Beth needs to open her eyes, realize he's not her enemy and pick a side.

Not being funny but the reason he gave the gun to her was to get rid of a problem that they were both dealing with. Getting rid of turner would of got the feds off his back and hers and in the end if it came down to it she would of been the one to pull the trigger and ultimately the one in jail. Rio is manipulative, he sees the benefits in using Beth but he also has a soft spot for her....

I don’t think Beth realizes that without Rio she’d be dead or in a lot of trouble. She blamed him for “ruining her life” when she had multiple chances to walk away for good but she kept coming back. Exactly! This goes back to the very first season. Once the girls finished the job Rio wasn’t asking them to stick around Beth did that all on her own without even telling them. Beth wants the perfect life on the outside but truly she’s no Betty cooker anymore 😂 she has to get her hands dirty and play her role otherwise Beth what’s your purpose
honestly. she’s had multiple times to walk away and choose not to. she needs to take enough accountability. but then I feel like Rio isnt always fair with beth. which I get like...it’s the lifestyle and there’s no room for mistakes. he has to be like that. Beth has done so much good for Rio and vice versa. but some how beth always get the short end of the stick. he’s threaten her and her kids. even through all of that she’s stood by him the best way she can but it always ends up back on beth. and she has to choose him bc god forbid she chooses her self. A part of me would like for Ruby and Annie to accidentally witness the way Rio and Beth are when they think no one is around, if they saw him brushing the hair out of her eyes and how a gesture like that affects Beth then they would start understanding that there’s so much more than the sex, in fact, if it were just about the mind blowing sex then things would be simpler. They’re connected to each other in a more profound way.

The best edit ever, congrats! 😍 I think that Annie and Ruby judges Beth's relationship with Rio because Beth never talks about him. The truth is that the girls are completely unaware of the connection they have, because in the conversations that Beth has with him they're always alone. The girls think she's attracted only physically for him, because the danger and stuff, but that's not everything, they have a connection that Annie and Ruby have no idea how deep it is. Beth knows him infinitely more than any of the other two.
So true! Plus, Beth keeps telling the girls that she wants him gone, so how are they supposed to know how she truly feels towards him? She needs to be honest with them - and with herself in the first place.

I’m just generally annoyed when I saw the episode like we all knew he knew and Beth can't help and try to deceive him with the cops, FBI, Secret service hiring a hitman to try to kill him be honest I feel like he always had feelings for her and some twisted way he just tries to make it into a boss bitch not to be afraid to stand her ground and that’s what she’s doing she cannot handle reality in this episode, He has given her more chances he has let her walk away he has given her the kingdom I like most of the time it’s within his actions who is in being a frayed to get caught up for him just being jealous of Beth and how she still with her husband

In the episode of season three when she thought the hitman killed Rio, she told Ruby and Annie that they be housewives with a “very lucrative side hustle,” and it demonstrates how she hasn’t taken any responsibility for her own actions. She is always saying that Rio’s never to blame but it’s her that’s never to blame because it’s never her fault. The woman has bent over backwards to avoid accountability and it makes her look like the worst person out of everyone.
I would love to see her change on Sunday and choose Rio.

This episode was a bit confusing and made me feel kind of sad.. I mean, the moment he gave her the book it was clear he had found the wire?? Then why did they keep pushing the whole undercover thing with the Secret service? It was awkward to watch tbh.. Again, they never even assumed that Rio could have seen the ss people in that cafe a couple of episodes back? He’s ALWAYS extra careful and weary and into details, he totally could have noticed them because they literally sat at the next table? Did you also notice how Rio is calmer and more contained now? Like he used to snap at Beth and hold her at gunpoint at every chance but now there’s some sort of change in him.. It’s sad to see how the writers are turning Beth into a hypocritical annoying character, especially remembering that she started as smart and brave and resourceful woman.. I was hesitant to watch this episode, and if there’s no major change in the plot, I’d probably stop watching.

On the other hand, if it was true, that’d mean the she agreed to get sexually involved with someone she hates and to use her own body to only get what she wants. The fact that I think he didn't tell his family she 'killed' him says a lot and is quite protective cos I don't think his family would have been that welcoming if they knew. I just can't believe it. I thought that it was it Rio was never going to trust her again after after he got shot. I mean he could have easily returned the favor. However Beth had to be stupid again this girl will never learn? Just had to get to the point of no return. I understand Beth did for the kids & the guilt was killing her about Dean being in jail , but if she was going to be on the dark side she should have divorce him from the start reasoning extra marriage affairs & what she is doing playing this game back in forth w Dean,Rio, the girls, FBI etc... hell even w herself? Hell even w herself!!!! No wonder the she can't think, she is all screwed up even when she is doing so well to be invited to the Boss ( GMA) house & ur going to slap that all that in the face? I have such mixed feelings about Beth. I miss the days when she wasn't trying to fit into her Suzy Homemaker role and routine. She knows that Rio was right when he said that she is far more interesting than just being a good person. However, it was like she crawled back inside of that shell while Rio was "dead," because that is when she let Dean all the way back in and at the end of season two, they had been going ahead with the divorce. She needs to be a BossBitch again and one that is taking control of the situation not sacrificing someone to fix the situation. I don't know what will happen if she throws Rio under another bus. Plus, it would be a refreshing change of pace to have Beth own the fact that she is a criminal, she breaks the law, and even though it's supposed to be bad and feel wrong, the real Elizabeth is the one that feels alive when she's had an FBI agent seize her property and the Beth Boland that makes the kids lunches is the fake.
Completely agree with you! She's no longer the good person she used to be, she's a criminal now and she needs to accept this cause that's who she truly wants to be. Also, she needs to stop plotting against Rio cause he's way smarter than her. She keeps pushing her luck with him and the only reason she's not dead is cause he has feelings for her.
@@autumnxleaves Beth also needs to learn that Rio is the one person who can tell when she is lying. I think Beth is so used to Dean believing her lies that she doesn't even consider that unlike her husband that is blind, deaf, and dumb... Rio knows Beth better than she is willing to admit and he cares about her enough to pay attention to her which is something that she's not used to because Dean doesn't want to know the truth about Beth. I just want to see the Boss Bitch side of Beth that was owning being a powerful law breaking bad ass such as when the guys in that sketchy house wanted to take her to the basement or when the FBI raided the car lot which Beth thought was fun. She is a criminal and Rio is not the only reason why but he's the only one that understands.
