This was honestly a great video. A lot of people don't know, but Logan was actually a good wrestler. So to see how someone like him who actually has a decent level of experience can still end up completely lost against these guys just shows how crazy high-level they are. Its also just cool to see some actual sparring and whatnot.
fo real this was actually genuine as fuck and the sparring was great, used to train a little mma back in the day and this for sure makes me wanna pick it up again and oh yeah the levels are CRAZY bruv!

For those who have never trained in martial arts, sparring with champions is an incredibly challenging task. Logan Paul deserves immense respect for his dedication. If he keeps up his learning, it wouldn’t be surprising to see him overcome other less-experienced MMA athletes.
The challenge is to beat them, but since they're holding back, there's really no reason not to spar with them lol.
He deserves to pay back all the people he scammed like he promised and still hasn’t done.

Seeing Volk and Izzy against logan [whos strong af and also a wrestler] basically counter everything he did with technique was awesome to watch. Shows that you can be strong and tall af but a trained martial artist will put you down!
It's not just technique. Fighting builds a different kind of muscle. You just don't know....

Anyone who puts on the grind and is dedicated to the sport can be a ufc fighter. But to be a champion, is a way different story. Izzy and Alex have what it takes. Logan, if interested enough, should put on the grind first and prove it in the octagon.

It's been a long time, but it was always a little crazy when you grapple/spar with new people who are also pretty good athletes, in shape/strong, but perhaps don't have the other experience. Cause weird/crazy stuff can happen, especially if you get someone who can't accept the thousands of small losses that happen in any gym. They get crazy, try to brute force everything. Many athletes won't even train/spar with people they don't know, bc to the risk of injury. So props to Israel, Alex, and Logan for being measured but still getting work in.
