I remember during pandemic he said he cancelled all his orders to save costs because all the airlines were retiring aircraft early so the market is going to be swimming in so many 2nd 3rd and 4th hand aircraft 😁 so how's that working out?

🙏 With great respect to Boeing ... AirAsia is wiser to choose Airbus to be supplier to AirAsia fleets as Boeing's B737 Max-8 & now B737 Max-9 Variants , suffered various software & hardware problems ... 🙏🌏🕊🇲🇾

1st of all -never trust this guy -he might be rich but he s poor in a other area - he is just lucky -AA nearly collapse and i still it may still if the current rate of safety or cut measure are not addresses -2nd -Airasia work culture is getting toxic just like what Qantas went thru and it is then passed on to customers - customers service is none and customers satisfaction also very low and yes no doubt they were voted best low cost carrier for many years but being low cost mean low customers satisfaction? i can accept 50% but accordingly to what is being survey maybe u will be lucky to get 20% -it has being recently voted as worst airline accord to customers by customers not those done for benefit of airline -3rd -You notice in this interview (has to be international one esp singapore CNA) trying to promote his AA -when yr company is facing problem the Chairman has to go around to promote -meaning his brand is already run down - you also notice he said he will announce later -meaning he has not secure enough fund for the purchase nor the board etc -if a company has fund and approval etc they will straight away hold a press conference to announce the good news esp how many order etc but he hold back to announce the numbers etc and you wonder why?

I will never trust this guy again ! Cancelled flights to forfeit or convert customers' money into credits with expiry. Forced customers to rebook at higher prices. Got away because Malaysia has weak consumer protection regulations.

Tony where is my refund??? Don’t believe a word he says, Just another corporate criminal. Ohhhh I wonder why China has become a major market…..could it have something to do with not wanting to fly Malaysia airlines and everyone who can afford a ticket wanting to get out asap.

Hey Tony first get your act together. You took 2 years to refund my money that also after sending me on a merry go round. You held back all refunds and used that money to cover your expenses during lockdown? Shame on you. And lets not even talk about air asia x which only ended up refunding 5 % of airfare. Even if air asia is the last airline left in this world i would rather take a sampan to my destination!

wide body are not for local or domestic route within malaysia -they are for his AA X - he has forgotten who are the customers that got him where he is - the local domestic route -u might notice only highly profitable route AA will try to use newer plane but the rest they will MAX the old aircraft till it is no longer fit to fly -this guy is cunning for a reason - u cannot be him without being crafty with your ways - he is not as smart as many think nor great either it is just he is just lucky and the right place at the right time and able to come up with the plan but for managing the company -he lack such skill not a CEO material
