If you are coming on a visit visa you need to find an employer with LMIA certificate to hire you then you can convert visit visa to work permit but this process is not easy ,come prepared with enough cash to sustain you till you get your work permit

No it's not possible...the results are updated online on your IRCC account. Vfs hawawezi kusaidia
