What to feed your grindal worm culture for a bountiful harvest!

You will need:
• Bread of most any sort (no excess salt or sugar)
• Yogurt or kefir with bacterial cultures
• Cooked oats
• Nutritional or brewers yeast (derived from the same strain of yeast with different tastes/common uses)
