I had an attack during driving on the highway and it was extremely hard to safely get to an area and pull my car over. My episodes last up to 5 hours and are debilitating. I can not do anything but lie down , I’m so dizzy, short of breath and feel extremely fatigued. Thank you for this explanation. The best video on this subject.
