Super great review, I picked this unit up at Canadian Tire. Paid 219 + tax, but they had a $50 valued coupons. What a score, you the video was first rate.. Thank
Great review! I got one to replace my EB3A as a UPS simply because it is grounded as the EB3A isn't. On your solar test with the PV200, i noticed that the grass at the bottom was shading a small portion of all the bottom cells, which will induce a parasitic loss, which may be why you were only seeing about 90 watts from that panel. That refrigerator deserves a review of it's own! Thanks!
Great review, very thorough. The fridge test and the UPS one were interesting to learn about. In terms of discharging and charging what would your advice be? The silent option is the best to maintain longevity of the batteries. Would it be okay to discharge all the way to zero and then all the way to 100% or would you advise to maintain the 20/80 ratio? Or given the fact that the unit has way more than the 3000 cycles this wouldn't make any difference? Would be interested on your thoughts on this one. Cheers.
Im getting this one soon to power up my desktop setup on the move to kentucky. Curious what it can do had me sold at powering up your tv setup. The price is a t 149 now on amazon. thank you
So I thought of a question, for you. Can I use one Solar 345 watt panel to charge this little Bluetti?? It meets both amp/volt rating, and I thought using it in standard or silent charge mode, where incoming power imput is reduced in those two modes. I noticed this on the review you have done. I ask this because I have a few larger panels, not in use.. Thanks.
Hi Bob I don't have a lot of experience with sump pumps but I would say check your running wattage and startup wattage especially to make sure this unit can handle it, also be aware this unit has a very small battery.
I seriously doubt this power station could handle a sump pump. They typically draw a lot more than 300 watts. And even if it could, it wouldn’t last long.
You don’t want to just buy a power station you want to make sure that it’s gonna work for you. You really have to sit and think about what you want to power first of all and secondly, you also want to make sure it’s gonna run long enough for you. You want to make sure you buy a power station that can support the wattage of the device you’re connecting to it and if the device has any kind of surge, that’s very important. It’s about the size of the battery because if you’re buying something with a small battery depending on what you’re plugging into it well it’s probably not gonna last long. So don’t rush your decision. Make sure that you educate yourself first.
Can you please tell me what bluetti app you were using in your review. The ones I downloaded do not look the sane, less featured, Thank You, Thom & Lois
Hi that's because your refrigerator compressor uses more wattage then the unit can handle. You need a larger unit but check your wattage on your fridge, especially when the Compressor kicks on
Yes but we did include info in the video to try and help people understand power needs, did you see the section called know before you buy? It can be helpful Again thank you
That fridge test was something else, I never thought it would have powered the fridge for that long! (no spoilers)

Hi With the one panel just make sure you are staying under the 28v / 8.2a
Would like your opinion on using this as a sump pump battery backup.

i cant decide if the bluetti or eco flow is best, i wanted just something for emergencies not to expensive that gets recharged by solar

Thanks for this review. Have never owned a bluetti.
Thanks, Bluetti is one of the major brands out there

@@TechMadeEzy ok thanks very much... your review was awesome. Very well done
Thanks so much, not perfect but always trying to listen to my viewers and subscribers and make it better every time
If you have power inverter 400watts or above can you plug in bluetti for more wattage?
No way to my knowledge to make this more powerful, but they do sell a battery to extend run time
@@TechMadeEzy there is a DC power inverter @ walmart i used it to my car 400 watts for $34…
After Hurricane Milton. Fridge was off for a day my AC2A wouldn’t turn on the fridge sadly :(
