Cannot solve the problem without breaking it. Great Idea 👍
You can dip it in hot water to push it out. Actually the whole inner layer will slide out from edge to edge leaving a thin metal cylindrical ring outside. By heating, the outer ring expands and by propping it as shown in the above video it slides fast. Even a upside down stainless steel tumbler can be used at bottom to slide the inner part out.
Very important: Before you do this, heat it up with a hair dryer, because it is also fixed with glue. It comes off much easier!
I have a crafting heat gun. Will that also work?
@@tiftyme A hair dryer was enough for me for this operation. I think too much heat can melt the plastic.

The only thing it bugs me, why didnt they make it with a lid that twists to open it instead of pressure you need Hercules's strength to get it open?!🤨😑God I hope the battery life is at least long😨 I dont have enough nails at this point😫😫

Yes, have a few of these and the batteries on the display goes. Flasks stil do their job, keep coffee hot 7 hours etc. Just annoying that the tops aren't made to be opened easily.

There is no need for you at this time to perform such operation, given you recently bought it.
If you keep it in the freezer for just 30 minutes, it will come out easily, you will not have to put in much effort.

Does replacing the battery affect the seal ? I wouldn't want to risk getting liquid on the other stuff in my bag over the built-in thermometer , which essentially is just a novelty.
I can,t say if it will leak or not, this video was done just to show persons who wants to change the battery how to, This process do not interfere with the gasket which provides sealing, don't see why it would start leaking thereafter, but try at your own risk.

Who's invented this tumbler with Led temperatures?..
The video was very helpful but in my experience about that tumbler.. I'm very struggle to open it until the plastic mirror on the top was broken.. It's hard to open the cup of led the quality about the led is good but the design to replace a new battery is very hard and now I have an angry issue on it..
