Hii I have facing this problem last three days.I have done it hard reset.when I login to my gmail account it came back to login page with an error Goole play service has stopped.I have seen your video after that I had installed Google play store again,but after that it show same error .what to do next. Just restart your android this the simple way to fix the error and the another way to fix the error is uninstall completely then again install it...use latest version of google play stores..and also check "start up" app..which means that if you tick google play as start up app this app also slow of your android so also check it....
