My question is how would you differentiate those 4 leadership behavior inherited from path goal theory and the leadership styles you have mentioned? I submit
Hi again. I will try and make a video for you in relation to the leadership styles. But for your question. The leadership styles are the same. There is no difference. The question is asking that what leadership styles are inherent (existing in something as a permanent, essential, or characteristic attribute) with path goal theory. In other words the question is asking you to say if you want to motivate your workers as a manager using the path goal theory, how will you help them reach their goal, what leadership styles do you ALREADY have that will help you guide your subordinates to achieving their goals? As you use the path goal theory?
For tips in how to answer Please watch the video till the end.
