I have created myself a brand new wardrobe of clothes ALL from charity shops and I have had a load of fun whilst doing it. Charity shops are my favourite department stores and I love them even more when they have a sale on as
It means I can buy more of what I like and pick up a couple of things for friends.
In this video we look at what I bought in my most recent trip to the charity shops.
Remember if you are
Going to hit the charity shops shop the entire rail! Don't focus on size! Think how you can alter and adapt items and have fun! You never

Some fab bits you got there! Particularly love the pink jumpsuit and the leopard print dress. You could wear a nude coloured bra under the light coloured dress. X

Welcome! Yes maybe it’s a realisation we all have at some point in our lives! I use to cut the tags out of items and refuse to buy bigger sizes. Now with doing my main clothing shops in second hand stores I’m far more relaxed and look to how I can make items work…..sometimes it goes majorly wrong but hey I’m having fun 😁

Whilst I can imagine this is limiting in todays world you’re probably wearing what we all should be - natural fibres! X

Hello! Hope you are well! How’s the weather over there? Lots of vegetables and potatoes with good sources of protein and fat….low sugar, low salt, no caffeine and minimum processed foods. Sounds a bit boring really but I aim to be about 80% good so do eat off plan as well xx
