I don't think the babies should've chemistry with their grown-up selves. They should have their own chemisty circle, much like the Kongs.
You are right, and I also think Mario should have chemistry with all the three Toads.
Toad: works for Peach and helped Mario in some 2D games
Toadette: she built some gadgets for Mario in a Paper Mario game and they have a good friendship
Toadsworth: Peach's steward and important presence in Super Mario Sunshine
Ops, I meant that I think the babies should have chemistry with their adult counterparts.
@@enricodegiovanni4540 It's mostly due to the adults already having strong chemistry trees. Otherwise Mario + Baby Mario would cover up a third of the game.

Either remove the babies, or make Baby Mario a captain and make an all baby team. I've never liked the babies to begin with, and always thought Baby Mario and Luigi were better fits for Yoshi Eggs.
Good game! I really hope there is a third Mario Baseball. I mean, they've done all the other console Mario sports games (golf, tennis, strikers) on the Switch. It would be a crime not to round it out with _Mario Baseball All-Star League_ !
I usually had Birdo and Petey in the infield when I played Sluggers. It is definitely a dangerous combination indeed! I feel bad for Jake sabotaging himself with items! 😅
Gonna be honest: With the way they've been handling (or forcing their partners to handle) spin-off games, i am not sure i even want a Mario Baseball 3...

@@wolviller111 Yeah, I hear that. They seem to fall into the same habit with Mario sports games lately. It usually boils down to lack of content with some additional content released over a period of months. I would love this trend to finally be broken and have Bandai Namco release a Mario Baseball that feels like a full-fledged successor to Sluggers!

Oh wow, that’s embarrassing. I used a chart that said daisy and peach had bad chem with Petey when none of them do. I’ll make sure to use a better source next time!
@@MarioSluggersFanclub I just went off Mariowiki, I only checked that because I was surprised at the bad Birdo-Peach chemistry and confirmed it but didn't see Petey listed (then saw Petey didn't have it listed either).
Saturday is a great day for this reason alone
I'm doing a Mario Super Sluggers Mii League Where All The Mii's are Played, The Team's: Mario (Red Mii's) Luigi (Green Mii's) Peach (Pink Mii's) Daisy (Orange Mii's) Yoshi (Lime Mii's) Birdo (Dark Blue Mii's) Wario (Yellow Mii's) Waluigi (Purple Mii's) DK (Brown Mii's) Diddy (Light Blue/Cyan Mii's) Bowser (Black Mii's) JR (White Mii's) & the mii's are based on the color that the captains are Chem'ed With.
Also: "PLAY BALL" ⚾

No they happen naturally, but it’s only on a fraction of the bad chem throws. If you’re asking how we know who has bad chem, there’s charts online
