They can make a more efficient turbo v8 and an electric motor up front tuned from factory green with an iPhone app to retune to over 1khp. The rt is a nice daily driver if well optioned.
Scat pack comes with a 6.4.

What did you think of the rims? That is the only thing I am iffy on for these vehicles. Basically the standard rims vs upgraded ones. 😁
I think the stock rims that are on the charger I reviewed looked great. I’m a big fan of simplicity.
Those are fugly seats. Needs a plus pack and super track pack at a minimum. I recommend hk audio and nappa Alcantara package and carbon trim.
Mine is a 2023 RT Charger and it is a Last Call. There is a badge mounted under the hood that says "Last Call". ✌

My 87 Buick was way quicker than, but the rt at speed destroys wrx sti and q50 from multiple experiences in Mexico. I did get slightly reeled in by a non sport Mercedes e class. Got destroyed by a McLaren 720 like I was standing still, great daily though especially with 2 kids.

Would like your driving impressions comparing V-6 GT vs an R/T. I am weighing those two now.
I have actually driven both and can give you a quick review here.
With the Dodge Charger R/T you’re getting a V8 with a lot of torque. With the GT you get the V6 with a bit less torque. Inside the car I noticed they were virtually identical with the cloth seats and everything. The outside is virtually identical as well with the GT and the R/T. I’d say if you’re picking in between the 2, and don’t want/need that low end torque that the R/T produces, then I’d go for the GT. The GT does have ample torque, and actually performs slightly better in the gas category. I’d say, if you’re not necessarily in the car scene, and just like the Dodge Charger, for being the Iconic Dodge Charger, go for the GT.

I’m leaning GT for those reasons. Even the sales manager at the local Dodge dealer said he and his crew always take a V-6 spec when they have business out of town. It gets them there just as fast, and with a quieter freeway ride. The GT has the same performance suspension as the R/T.
Yep! The only thing different between the GT and R/T is the engine.
As far as gas mileage between the v6 and Hemi. The difference is very negligible. For those that are afraid to get the Hemi because of decreased gas mileage, nothing to worry about. I did two rentals; a 22 Dodge Charger R/T and another car , although it's not a Charger , but it's basically the same car, a 22 Chrysler 300 with V-6. I did four hour road trips with the same distance on the highway with each car. The Dodge Charger R/T got 28 mpg on the highway and the Chrysler 300 with v-6 got 30 miles per gallon. These were at speeds of 80 mph. I couldn't beleive that there was only a 2 mpg difference between the two cars. Was very surprised. I hear people say they didn't get the Hemi because they thought that gas mileage would not be good. Well, they probably never tryed the Hemi car to find out for themselves. If I was to buy a new Chrysler vehicle, hands down it would be with the hemi engine. The fuel economy is very good, Gas mileage in town was also excellant with the Hemi Charger.

ALL 2023 Chargers and Challengers are "Last Call: editions and get an aluminum plate under the hood showing that.

Just want to add 4 months later dodge has backtracked and confirmed the charger will have a gas version alongside the EV version....
Do you have a source for that? I haven’t heard that yet! I just reviewed the scat pack last call so that would make it not the “last call” anymore sadly! I think the 2023 owners will be mad.

If you have the time and money to spare… wait for the the 2024 Mustang GT. I absolutely loved the current gen Mustang so I’d bet the wait would be worth it. I think it’s one of the best American muscle cars I’ve driven. Too bad I haven’t made a video on that one! Have a great day, and let me know what you decide!

@@victorarbaiza6173 what I thought was coolest about the interior was the customizable gauge cluster. They have a feature where you can make it look like a gauge cluster from the fox body. Pretty neat!
