PSA to newbie sewing viewer's DO NOT use a regular ink pen to make markings...Use a water soluble or heat erasable marking pen or chalk from JoAnn, Micheals or Hobby Lobby notions department.
I agree but have to admit . . . sometimes (when Im too lazy to get one) I do use a pen, but ONLY when i know it will be outside the seam line and never seen.
