Thank you! All of a sudden my pros were not charging. I checked all the connections for dirt and corrosion. I definitely wasn’t the charge cable or adaptor since I just finished charging my iPhone right before. And I only buy apple branded accessories for most apple products to avoid any warranty hassles.

*fixed mine by*
1. cleaning the case and the metal
2. throwing my pods many times but not too hard. also the case i dropped it many times.
3. i placed my pods back by pressing it down in the case for minutes. (hard pressed)
4. i charged it with original charger for 2 hours. and then it worked! hope that helps

Nothing works, and I have had big problems with the case not charging for months now, and the battery is now at 0%, so the LED on the case will not even light up. I am so sick of this issue. It must be software or hardware related issue...

Mines is just super slow like it used to be able to sit on the MagSafe for like 20 mins and bam fast af I used about 3 diff charges my mag safe charger then the fast charger or my reg car charger

The case still transfers charge Into the pods, but the case itself no longer holds charge. It consistently says 1% even after hours on charge, and the led never comes on. Honestly really sad cause they aren’t that old…
