It works, if you shoot him in his shoes with the gun. But it takes a couple tries to do it. Later you might be able to launch him. BUT you must be near the players house to make it work.
The third mannequin I had at my house vanished and it's not in the room behind the bushes anymore. Someone mentioned you have to create a new game - is this true? The game is a piece of utter crap, controls, hit detection and AI are broken. Loads of glitches and bugs. I'll try to restart Act 3 but I doubt it'll work. >:/
Thanks. This game is frustrating and broken. I literally had to collect all the boxes and chairs to build a mound to get the red gramophone because the water wouldn't freeze. Once I got high up enough I just yeeted anything I could find to knock it down.
I used the manequin on the top of the house to block the mecanism of the magnet (to get the green key) .And i trowed all the others manequins 32 galaxies away.

I have a problem.. I got the gun but I accidentally dropped it in neighbor's house and my camera has bugged I rejoin and I go back to the neighbor's house and the gun its not there.. I go to the gun room and it's all the mannequins all the cakes but the box of the gun it's closed... I don't know I already do the thing that you tell to move the Mannequins but... Guys you don't have to do the globe puzzel to get the gramaphone all you need to get is 2 - 3 boxes and jump onto the shelfs this is the way i done it because neighbor would not stop catching me .
And I got the seat. I put it in the soil, watered it, and then put this old music player next to it and it's supposed to make a grow faster and hello neighbor
I did that a long time ago and I even tried to do it again thinking I'll get another gun but didn't work and then I was watching hell never videos until I discovered a video of RUclipsr not touching a single key on his keyboard for 600 seconds or 10 minutes I didn't answer that. A green cube spawned on the road and hello neighbor he went to it and the green cube allowed cheats typed in this specific code which took him to the error world and that's all I remember

I put all the mannequins arround the table and put the cake on the plates it didn’t work before I found all the cakes I picked up the first one that wad already there and put it back and may or may not have put it on another plate I don’t know if that had anything to do with it though The present just wont open up idk how to fix it Edit: Turns out I put four mannequins around the table instead of three so that’s why it wasn’t working oops

Let’s listen to me crazy story in hello neighbor….. First I got the red sound trumpet But them after I stopped the magnet, I threw it bc I thought I didn’t need it anymore. I took a break and watched more of this play list. I regret growing the red sound trumpet. I went back in to the game to search. I didn’t find it. 3 days later “ today” I found it. I went to go get the Manny Queen up the roof latter ( I didn’t finish removing the tomato bush) I put it down next to a bush I went to put in the cake party room. I went back up And I didn’t see it next to the bush anymore…. The end ( IM STILL TRYNA FIND IT !) ( btw I found a way to get the gun without the red trumpet)
Try to load any previous auto save game, may help. By the way the 1st cake is present in the table by default. May be its glitched and fall near the open gate to ground.
I need help! So a few days ago I went onto next mission and it glitched really bad after I finished this and got gun. I went to last auto save to before I have gun. I got all cake and mannequins again but no matter what I do it won’t open the present. HOW CAN I FIX THIS?! My last save was like mission 4 and I can’t do that again

The water will freeze if you put the frozen globe by using L1 (the "use" button). It doesn't work with R2 (throw ability).

An easier method for getting the fourth Maneqen is to stand on the track and jump when the floor comes by until you land on it

You don’t need the gramophone for the 1st mannequin if you just jump on the bushes and open the door you can just crouch and you will fit

I don't think you can do something. Try to load a previous autosave or restart the act because the mannequins are important

Did you know that if you shoot the neighbor and lead him your house. You can actually lock the neighbor in your house.😂😂😂😮😮😮
