Here I show you how to replace your stock clutch basket with an aftermarket one. It's not hard to do and can be done in about 30 minutes with basic tools! I hope this helps!

His basket was shot and I'm ordering him the same Chariot Clutch Basket, I already pretty much know how to swap the gear over, but this was a nice refresher on how to do it. Which way does that washer go underneath the plate? Idk if it faces up or down. The cupped washer thing
hey man I broke the eccentric bolt on my banshee and got the new one put in fairly easily but then dear lord it came time to put the case side cover back on and had some serious issues, but was wondering if you ever have issues with the radiator feed trying to slide out of the case when u put the side cover back on, between that, keeping the gasket centered and lining up the kicker spring it sucked ass getting it back on..then once I did get it back togetber I went for one short ride and lost all the resistance in my clutch handle...fml!!!...I am not a mechanic, any advice on how to adjust the clutch shaft or whatever its called once I get it back apart?

Hi, I have a problem. I'm doing the same with my Yamaha RD 350 ypvs motorcycle. I'm afraid the screws will loosen due to the heat. Or not?!

I been having a hell of a time gettng into neutral at idle.. if i rev a little bit it goes in easy or if i dont have the engine running it goes in smooth.. I adjusted the clutch cable with no luck. You think I should pull the clutch cover off to see if my basket is worn? Or will the basket not cause that issue? Its weird it only happens at idle..
Kevin if your fingers are worn, you will usually have an un-smooth clutch action; it will be notchy almost because of the grooves in the basket. I would pull your cover and check your shift adjustment. south Texas banshee has a video on how to adjust it (it's easy)
