@@mehmetkertlez7311 so the whole story is basically, qiqi as a human girl goes picking flowers but falls down the mountain close to dying, then she gets her vision wishing she could turn back time bc she doesn’t wanna die yet, the adepti see her and give her some of their power so she doesnt die and can keep on living but qiqi goes insane bc she can’t handle it, then she’s ethrusted into the amber stuff bc she went maniac, they discover her n hu tao wants to hold a funeral but on the way down from the mountain the amber splits and qiqi now memory less bc of the trauma i assume wakes up as a zombie and baizhu takes her in

@@teariesz4103 I’m pretty sure she was picking flowers, got caught in crossfire between some adepti, and got her vision while wanting to freeze time as she died. Then Xiao revived her, Baizhu took her in to study eternal life, and she’s here today. That’s what it says on her character files.

Maybe her voice is like this is because zombies are emotionless. why don’t people get this? Just because she’s small doesn’t mean she has to have a generic happy go lucky loli voice. If anything, a loli voice wouldn’t fit this character at all.

sounds closer to 20 years older than the character's appearance tbh... not the greatest casting, tho I'm sure the VA is trying her best. I don't think I've heard ANY English VA's nail the Kuudere role 100% tho. That kinda monotone, yet still kawaii/dere character archetype just doesn't often - if ever - show up in western media.

Well, her name is Qiqi. Qi means something like "life force" in Chinese mythology. In fact, she's a jiangshi. According to myths, jiangshi is a corpse reanimated using qi. So it actually makes sense.
Wheel of life is from Buddhism, birth, death and reincarnation 😊👍. Makes sense
