- How WWE and WCW allowed these terrible wrestling PPV posters past their marketing department I have no idea. Some of these wrestling posters are so bad they PUT YOU OFF buying the PPV.

The R Truth HIAC poster....from...I think....2011....and WrestleMania 22 were damn stupid and deserve mention on this list
Basically all WCW posters from 2000 and 2001 are crap
surprised there was no mention of capitol punishment 2011 or the dick and balls logo of great balls of fire 2017

You should do a video about the best posters.the old Royal rumble covers were some of the best! I remember looking at the box art at the video store back in the day when you had to rent the big ppv one month after Is the original air date. I loved looking at the boxer and seeing all the drawings of the wrestlers that were participating in the royal rumble that year! If you don't know what i'm talking about you should look them up, Old royal rumble video covers for vhs,it's worth it if you like old school wrestling
That halloween havoc one I think is meant to be a cat of some type. It has whiskers and cat eyes. Either way its not a real animal and was created by a graphic designer wtf.
The Vengeance poster was designed ahead of Hunter returning from a torn quad. He wasn’t there because he wasn’t cleared like they thought he would be.

The wcw cartoon 1 is a lash leroux drawing. I like it . Wcw was desperate for a poster so used it
The undertaker poster with Head is A reference to his Brother Kane... How did you not get that ? lol love the vids anyways
I’ve only been watching wrestling for 12 years so I’m probably missing something but how is the undertaker holding his own head a reference to Kane?

Can I just say how much I HATE the direction WCW went in after 1999? In 1996-98, the focus was largely on the wrestling itself. The storylines and feuds actually revolved around wrestling. In 1999, they started doing more backstage skits and vignettes a la WWF and they were just fucking stupid. Stuff like Disco Inferno owing money to the mafia and Stacy Keibler getting married to David Flair and becoming pregnant but not really....that sort of shit really annoys me. That sort of thing just seems so out of place in WCW.
Fuck Spring Stampede 1998 for ruining Sting, but I actually like the poster!
