This is one of methods of prepration of "Kanda lasun masala" which is used on daily basis in Maharashtra!!

Kashmiri,byadgi, and laungi lal mirch, coriander, black pepper, saunf, jeera,laung, cinnamon, big cardamom and green cardamom, nakeshwari,triphal, nutmeg,methi,rai, javitri, maipatri,star anise,kasuri methi, dry rose petals,ajwain, white til, tejpatta, stone flower, turmeric,dry ginger, asafoetida,dry coconut,garlic,raw ginger, onions

No cinnamon and clove are imported from some asian countries due to lack of production in India.

They are randomly putting things. Dry masala make sense however if you add onion, garlic, coconut they masala will be spoiled in just few days
