@@AlfieDoubleU tbh you would focus on vigor strength till you are level 50 to 100 than you want a little mind and faith probably for buffs so maybe 15 25 or 33 faith depending on buffs howl of shibiri is at 33 but golden Vow 25 flame grant me strength 15 endurance can probably wait cause the low carry weight but best to be 51 poise and up
So here's my thoughts on a build I wanna run with a friend. Get some good armor (tree sent, something good and tanky), Star Fist with idk what Ash yet as my main damage. Blasphemous blade as the weapon on my back (for HP regen essentially). Use a seal to cast bloodflame blade (fire damage and bleeeeeed), flame grant me strength, and golden vow. For Talis, run the lord of blood, the axe, another atk boosting one, and turtle (i can't live without my faster regen), then wear the white mask on as the helmet for increased damage when bleed occurs. Then my physique could the fire cracked tear, and the charged attack cracked tear. Would this be good? As like a tank/DPS build?
I use this build with blasphemous blade on my back as well. Insane damage from the fists plus hp regen after each kill. White mask gives bonus bleed damage too
At 80 Strength the Strength knot tear is a lot worse then the spiked crack tear that further enhances charged attacks. I would suggest Starting with Strength knot and Spiked Crack tear (both in Limgrave) and when you reach 80 strength swap out the Strength knot for the Stonebarb tear but remember that the Stonebarb only lasts for 30 seconds so i personally prefer something with Stamina regen. You can also wear the Turtle Shield on your back and still get the Stamina Regen (found in weeping peninsula on the tower next to the merchant)
I have always been a fan of these, using them all the way back on release even. What I personally prefer is: Similar stats Golden Vow AoW Flame Grant Me Strength and finally my personal favorite, Bloodflame Blade This allows a very aggressive playstyle when playing in PvP because Bloodflame puts a lot of pressure on the enemy. It will also cause a pretty heavy stagger in PvE scenarios and that will give an opening or time to heal. I always feel like this buff is so slept on, but it shines so bright when you combine it with the fast attacks of Starfists, easily building up that much loved bleed proc. As for Talismans, I enjoy running: Blue Dancer Rotten WIng Millicent's Prosthesis Godskin Swaddling Cloth This is a rather risky, naked setup, but the Swaddling Cloth can help recover some of your lost health. Again this helps with aggression, no need to step back to heal as frequently. Spam heavy attacks when there is an opening and then instead of taking the critical hit on the staggers, just R1 spam to rack up the damage, heals, and bloodflame procs.
The Iron Ball fist weapons are a good substitute till you get the Star Fist, it's basically the same thing but minus the bleed and you can get the Iron Ball at the very start of the game if you want.

@@bvnl7556 you can add extra in Dex if you wish however I run heavy affinity so strength & endurance is what I prioritize I run 99 strength & 60 endurance However I don’t usually upgrade vigor past 40 even in NG+7, so if you prefer playing with higher vigor keep endurance at a minimum of 35 because this heavy charged consume a lot of stamina, pickled turtle neck meat also helpful for stamina regen and the stamina tear in flask.
Set to heavy and use bloodflame blade. Starfist + White mask + Lord of Blood + Fire Scorpion + Rotten Winged Insignia + Axe Talismans Bloodflame will coat both weapons on any single weapon that is dual weild when two handed.
Great video. Just started a star fist run. I wanted to be a little more versatile so I'm gonna run cinquedea for slash pierce damage and clawmark for incantations. Probably gonna just run that to get to the capital. Hopefully its strong enough to get me there. But might also try bloodflame with endure ash of war on the star fists. Hopefully I bleed stagger and poise break.
This is an awesome build! I was kind of thinking myself of leaning more into the bleed damage, running blood flame blade. I was also thinking of adding bloodhound step, just for extra mobility (and because I think it looks sick lol). Do you think this would be solid? I'm just curious because I'm doing a strength build before the dlc comes out, since I've already don't a faith and dex based build, so I was just curious.
I've been making a star fists build for the DLC and when I got stuck on malenia I noticed that switching from heavy to cold affinity actually gave the weapon better damage. At the time I was at around level 125 and had over 60 strength with the heavy affinity, so I'm now unsure if I should stick with cold affinity until I have more levels to put into strength? What do you think about cold vs heavy affinity for star fists?
Thank you for the video. I'm going to use this build for my final playthrough before the DLC releases. Because it isn't possible to get both of the talismans from Millicent without going to NG+, I have two questions: (1) Which of her two talismans would you prioritize? (2) What would be a good alternative fourth talisman? 😀
No worries at all! - I would prioritize rotten winged insignia as you can go into NG+ and get prosthesis much quicker by killing her after you give her the new arm and meet her in windmill village. As for the fourth talisman, you can possibly run lord of bloods exultation as you'll get the 20% damage boost after proccing bleed but also dragoncrest shield may be good to use too :)
@@tkcjazza I found myself using dragoncrest shield talisman because it doesn't seem I'm at max HP often enough for the sword talisman (With the close range it seems I get at least bumped by stuff a lot), the extra survivability helped me a lot when I got to the Godskin Duo and Maliketh. Very good build guide by the way thanks for making it, having a ton of fun with it!

I always run wretch - but if you’re new it’s probs not ideal as you’ll have nothing to start with - maybe run samurai/vagabond as they will be the better starting classes to give you a good weapon/armour etc :)
if I have a str/arc build roughly 75/75 stats each, would this benefit much from making it a blood star fist so it also scales with arcane, or not really?
Most likely - I don’t overly run builds with that high stats but I know 80 is the final soft cap - defo try it out tho and let me know how you get on :)
Might be better off just using bloodflame blade on heavy. Ends up being 110 bleed with the powerstance nerf. Occult ends up being similar slightly higher I think but ar drops a good amount on occult. Just need 10 arc for bloodflame and you have similar bleed numbers
@@victoryX4I'm doing a similar build if you go strength faith Claw mark is actually really good. Dragon communion for Arcane faith is good too but the dragon spells cast time is really long makes them difficult to use. The damage is really good tho

I think you mean to break their stance.. and not their poise.. poise is the resistance to stagger .. by surpassing that resistance via damage.. you break their stance..
Yeah - I’m always saying them the wrong way round 😅 - typically if a weapon does a load of stance damage it also does really good poise damage as well so I’m kinda right lol
Before the bridge to Radhan’s castle on Caelid if you spawn on the grace turn around to the wooden guard tower and it will be behind it on a small hill next to the knights fighting the wolves
Do you mean per hit? I think you mean to break their stance.. and not their poise.. poise is the resistance to stagger .. by surpassing that resistance via damage.. you break their stance..
Yeah - I’m always saying them the wrong way round 😅 - typically if a weapon does a load of stance damage it also does really good poise damage as well so I’m kinda right lol
🤓
Where is the cragblade
Before the bridge to Radhan’s castle on Caelid if you spawn on the grace turn around to the wooden guard tower and it will be behind it on a small hill next to the knights fighting the wolves
What armor set?
Can someone comment a shopping list for this plz lol
It is strong, but it looks kinda dumb. I'll give it a go, of course.
I’m only doing 1k with this build
Do you mean per hit? The build is based on DPS and hitting your enemies as much as possible because your damage constantly increases if you keep hitting them - that’s the point of half the buffs in this build - I don’t know if you’ve upgraded your weapon fully or not but make sure you do that too :)
Hi
Hey
@tkcjazza how are you?
@@talkingdoge1397 Good thanks, hope you're doing well :)
@@tkcjazza so far, yeah. I'll have to check out more of your videos. I'm just now starting this Star Fist Build...
No
Yes
L video just show the stats and build
I know right… could you imagine if I had actually shown the whole build including the stats and talked about them at some point in this video?? Crazy idea, might do that for my next build video but who knows ;)
