the girls have said before in an interview once that they often practice without music and just vocals so they can hear the footsteps to match their timings. they also use that time to make sure all the nuances they are going for are conisistent and match each other which i think is amazing bc often i hear usually dancing with out music and such mostly used for stage blocking and not often unlike what they say to do.
They have a vlog that they were just practicing in a gym. Harvey and Chisa was contorting their bodies like crazy. They are so flexible it's not even funny. If you watched their documentary, they were trained like ballerinas, how to be super flexible.
I remember this debut!!! I wasn’t stanning them yet lol so as a fan from other groups I was surely intimidated by their presence LOL. Then I heard their cypher and the rest is history 😂 love them sm!!! Winter without you is amazing btw

I've only started to stand her after left right and shooting star. but I am still very impressed with tippy toes choreography.
