I don't know why...but if this was a Sleeping beauty direct remake, this track would make a perfect fit in the scene where Phillip escapes and fights Maleficent :P

***** I don't?? Stefan went crazy and fell to his death still trying to kill Maleficent, even after Aurora isn't cursed anymore...to me he was kinda put out of his misery, to be honest. :P
+FanofThings I do have a theory on that to, did Stefan see this as a betrayal from his daughter? He had looked at the {now} winged Maleficent then at Aurora, and back again. So maybe that's how he saw it, I'll have to think about it more when I watch the scene again. What do you think?

Wow! This soundtrack is perfect extended song for the final battle of Maleficent dragon form from Kingdom Hearts 1 too!
James Newton Howard went ABOVE what he needed to do. This is probably one of the best film scores of all time.

No, no, NO! This is not as the original score in the movie. The note and pitch are different. This is lower and the note are not as epic. Somehow this version is toned down for album purposes. I loved the scene when Maleficent gets her wings back. It had a peak epic heroic music note in it that thrilled me to hell but this fails. The music at this scene begins at 3:40 in this. 4:18 is when she gets her wings but this sucks!
Minion Arcane I completely agree with you! I was SO disappointed when I heard that this was NOT the same music as in the movie. I'm not sure why it wasn't included, but the part where Maleficent get her wings back was EPIC in the movie, but here majestic "Theme" overshadows it in this version of it.

It is this title for this album but what's being said is that the tone at 4:29 of this soundtrack album isn't exactly made as in the movie itself. I get the feel too. It is different. Like the superhero has gotten back the might and stretching muscles eh? This has not that tone. SO WHERE IS THE REAL ORIGINAL MUSIC??
