@Witchunter42 I smell a true OG Fallout's fan when I can hear one :) Thank you kindly sir. These 1h F2 m&a's are charming and calming my souls everytime I hear them. Back when Fallout was at it's best.
This piece of music is awesome. I probably like it most, out of all the music in Fallout series. I also love this distinctly American vibe that it gives off -- or at least to me it seems to be distinctly American.
it definitely is american: the slide technique, that you most probably refer to, is part of blues music and bluesman started to use glass bottles in 1920s. what we hear in this track is just a modern variant. ofc, the origins can go even further to Africa, but that would be too academic :D
Sittin' there outside the caravan office and were just knockin' over a bottle of bourbon waitin' for the boss to finish up when some dude named Basket Dick or some shit starts throwin' bones with us. A few caps and shots later he starts tellin' us this wild story about underground aliens. Apparently, some upjumped cousin-fuckin' tribal and his tribe rolled into town all suited up in power armor and carrying some serious pre-war artillery. They went underground and started blowin' the whole place to shit. Nothin' but smoke and some god awful burnt bacon smell rose up from the ground and out of the mine shaft. An hour later, the tribals climbed out covered in guts and soot. The towns been producin' like crazy ever since. Paid the guy $20 and he showed us into a small cave where they had one of the ugly alien things tied up. $5 to throw a rock at it, $15 to have a caricature sketch and $45 for a chance to wrestle with it. I outta head back to Redding during the off season. That place is a trip.
Hypnotizing. Great game and great music.
Its so relaxing... I love it... this is the type of themes you don't normally get in modern games... as they are usually really busy
Fallout 2 has my favorite ambiance and music out of any fallout game.
So good.
Your Instagram is great. This ambiance is EXACTLY what I'm looking for hammer through excel sheets during work.
Thank you!!! I love the ambiances for the same reason, so decided this must be done!
