    guys... thanks so much. The finger drag is a fantastic drill. I always had a shoulder pain after swimming and this morning was the first time I really enjoyed 1000 freestyle. You are the best.

    This is great thank you. I'm thinking of getting back into it after a very long break although I'm fit strong (although maybe not for swimming) not overweight. . I want a fast 50m freestyle time and I'm curious about how working on buttery would develop the muscle power for fast freestyle. Any ideas would be great thank you. I love how much effort u put into ur videos.

    My speed through the water hasn’t improved in months lol. I train pretty rigorously so it must be my technique. I am much smoother through the water I got my stroke count down to 13 strokes per 25 yards, But it’s not any faster. I’ll have to try these drills

    다섯 번째. 들린 팔꿈치로 손 젓기(sculling, 스컬링)
    당기기의 시작 부분부터 물을 뒤로 당기려면, 당기기의 첫 부분에 팔꿈치가 들려져야(high elbow, 하이 엘보우) 합니다. 그러므로 팔꿈치를 움직이지 않으면서 스컬링(sculling, 손 젓기)을 세 번 해보세요. 팔뚝과 손 만을 이용하십시오. 그런 다음 보통 젓기를 하여 팔을 바꾸십시오.
    부드럽게 헤엄치기 위한 자유형에 관한 도움이 더 필요하다면 여기 재생 목록을 확인해보세요. 우리 비디오를 하나도 놓치고 싶지 않다면 구독하시고 벨 모양 아이콘을 설정하십시오.

      1
      00:00:00,489 --> 00:00:04,309
      Even if you are an elite swimmer, you can always benefit from doing drills.
      여러분이 아무리 정예 수영 선수라 하더라도 부분 훈련을 함으로써 언제나 득을 볼 수 있습니다.
      2
      00:00:04,351 --> 00:00:07,591
      That is because your stroke will never be perfect.
      그 이유는 사람의 영법이 완벽할 수는 없기 때문입니다.
      3
      00:00:07,734 --> 00:00:12,914
      Having said that, there are some common mistakes that most of us do during our freestyle technique.
      그건 그렇고, 자유형 기술에서 우리 대부분이 저지르는 몇 가지 흔한 잘못이 있습니다.
      4
      00:00:12,939 --> 00:00:16,065
      So we will go over some drills to fix them.
      그래서 그 잘못들을 교정하기 위한 몇 가지 부분 훈련들을 살펴보겠습니다.
      5
      00:00:16,266 --> 00:00:18,227
      1st. Finger tip drag
      첫 번째. 손끝 끌기(Finger tip drag, 핑거 팁 드래그)
      6
      00:00:18,297 --> 00:00:22,107
      This drill will help you keep a high elbow when you recover the arm.
      이 부분 훈련은 팔을 되돌리는 동안 팔꿈치를 높게 유지하는 데 도움이 됩니다.
      7
      00:00:22,132 --> 00:00:28,716
      This will also help you feel the water and give you immediate feedback as to where your hand is entering the water.
      이것은 또한 물을 느끼는 데 도움이 되고 여러분은 손이 어느 지점에서 물에 들어가는지 바로 알 수 있게 됩니다.
      8
      00:00:28,748 --> 00:00:33,922
      You should also keep a relaxed wrist and fingers to save up energy.
      에너지를 아끼려면 또한 손목과 손가락에 과도한 힘을 주지 않아야 합니다.
      9
      00:00:33,969 --> 00:00:40,200
      This high elbow recovery is the most effective way to carry your arm back in front.
      이렇게 팔꿈치를 들어 되돌리는 것은 팔을 다시 앞으로 보내는 데 가장 효율적인 방식입니다.
      10
      00:00:40,271 --> 00:00:42,859
      2nd. 3 Strokes and Glide
      두 번째. 세 번 젓고 활강(glide, 글라이드)
      11
      00:00:42,978 --> 00:00:48,248
      Gliding is an important part of the stroke, specially in distances over a 100.
      활강(gliding, 글라이딩)은 영법에서 중요한 부분입니다, 특히 100을 넘어가는 거리에서는.
      12
      00:00:48,429 --> 00:00:54,289
      Doing 3 strokes and gliding for about 6 kicks will help you improve your gliding position.
      세 번 젓고 대략 여섯 번 차기는 활강 자세를 개선하는 데 좋습니다.
      13
      00:00:54,401 --> 00:01:00,077
      Notice the position of your hands and head, and adjust it if they causing frontal drag.
      머리와 양손의 자세를 알아채면서, 만약 앞 방향 저항이 크다면 자세를 조정하세요.
      14
      00:01:00,149 --> 00:01:02,489
      3rd. Glide, Rotate, Glide
      세 번째. 활강, 회전, 활강
      15
      00:01:02,646 --> 00:01:04,940
      Some of us don’t rotate enough.
      일부 사람들은 충분히 회전하지 않습니다.
      16
      00:01:05,081 --> 00:01:07,371
      This goes hand in hand with the gliding.
      이 것은 활강(gliding, 글라이딩)과 관련됩니다.
      17
      00:01:07,448 --> 00:01:13,490
      You need a good rotation in order to glide and to grab more water with each stroke.
      활강하고 당길 때마다 더 많은 물에 걸려면(catch, 캐치) 회전이 좋아야 합니다.
      18
      00:01:13,602 --> 00:01:16,660
      So practice gliding and rotating your shoulders.
      그러므로 활강과 어깨 축 회전을 연습하십시오.
      19
      00:01:16,685 --> 00:01:20,899
      Then come back and rotate again before taking your next stroke.
      그런 후, 다음 팔 젓기를 하기 전에, 다시 반대로 회전해 오십시오.
      20
      00:01:20,924 --> 00:01:23,834
      4rd. Underwater recovery
      네 번째. 물속으로 팔 되돌리기
      21
      00:01:23,962 --> 00:01:26,811
      This will help you feel the frontal drag.
      이것은 앞 방향 저항을 느끼는 데 좋습니다.
      22
      00:01:26,918 --> 00:01:30,841
      It will help your body understand the importance of the pull.
      당신의 몸이 팔 당기기의 중요성을 깨닫게 하는 데 좋습니다.
      23
      00:01:30,874 --> 00:01:42,062
      Try to optimize your pull by grabbing all the water you can while reducing the frontal drag of your other arm by positioning your hand to be always pointing to the front.
      반대쪽 팔은 손이 항상 앞쪽을 향한 자세를 취하여 앞 방향 저항을 줄이는 동시에, 최대한 많은 물을 걸어(catch, 캐치) 당기기를 최적화하려고 노력하십시오.
      24
      00:01:42,113 --> 00:01:44,212
      5th. Sculling High elbow
      다섯 번째. 들린 팔꿈치로 손 젓기(sculling, 스컬링)
      25
      00:01:44,237 --> 00:01:47,619
      To pull water backwards from the beginning of your stroke,
      당기기의 시작 부분부터 물을 뒤로 당기려면,
      26
      00:01:47,691 --> 00:01:51,624
      you must have a high elbow on the first part of the stroke.
      당기기의 첫 부분에 팔꿈치가 들려져야(high elbow, 하이 엘보우) 합니다.
      27
      00:01:51,801 --> 00:01:55,147
      So try sculling three times and not moving your elbow.
      그러므로 팔꿈치를 움직이지 않으면서 스컬링(sculling, 손 젓기)을 세 번 해보세요.
      28
      00:01:55,201 --> 00:01:58,230
      Just use your forearm and hands.
      팔뚝과 손 만을 이용하십시오.
      29
      00:01:58,271 --> 00:02:02,091
      Then do a normal stroke to change arms.
      그런 다음 보통 젓기를 하여 팔을 바꾸십시오.

    Thanks! I have a question about the finger tip drag. I've heard of another drill where instead of dragging in the water, you drag against the side of your body. Then another one where you tap your shoulder before your hand enters the water. Is there anyone better than the other?
