Let's compare 2 players: Both are Sixers players in their 30's, won MVP, won the scoring champ at least twice and asked for a max extension. Daryl Morey somehow decided to extend one of them with 2+1 years left on the contract while forcing the other to go to China to whinge about mistreatment. Had he played hard ball with both or extended both, Sixers probably wouldn't be in this 2-12 hole right now. Does everyone still think Morey is a genius?

Morey failed pretty bad at Houston as well, man just failed up.

@@SaifKhan-mz5hz I don't mean to troll but apart from getting Harden to Houston, I cannot recall a single trade or draft he's made that's impactful. His players are under tremendous scrutiny, isn't it time for him to speak up?

His Frustrations: bad decision making, trying to play for the Olympic team when you knew youd be going into the season injured. Lazy, always falling down, complaining to refs, list goes on. Wasting time and mental space arguing with and assaulting reporters lol

With george, embid, Maxey the talent is there but embid doesn't seem to be a true leader you could trade him build around Maxey

The subtle blue sky name drops across media about their transition over to the platform has been amusing. Almost like a mandate was handed out to ESPN, The Ringer and The Athletic.
A lil ironic given how heavily censored the platform is, given media & journalism thrives on freedom of speech & thought

    Embid should retire
