Madeira 2024 PHOTOGRAPHY LOCATIONS

- In July of 2024 I visited Madeira for a 7 day photography workshop. This video was filmed during that trip. It's a different style from the normal vlogs on the channel. I decided to make a B-roll edit with photo examples from each location. Here are the timecode locations we visited:
01:03 - Miradouro de São Lourenço
01:56 - Pico do Arieiro
03:27 - Fanal Forest
04:36 - Ponta do Sol
05:38 - Ilheus da Ribeira da Janela
06:20 - Pico Ruivo
07:32 - Farol da Ponta do Pargo
There are some additional locations at the end, like Pico do Arieiro for Astro photography, either early pre sunrise or late post sunset. Also there were also some incredible coastal locations around Porto da Cruz for seascape photography.
All of the "exact" photo spots can be found when you're there in person exploring. I could have gone into much more detail but it would have ended up being a super long vlog. A good FREE resource to use is the app Location Scout which you can find online and download onto your phone.

I spent all of May 2024 on this incredible island. Amazing trip.I cant say enough about the north side of the island far less people. Stay in Sao Vicente.
