    "I just want to be healthy again" resonates with me so much. Health is so important and we only appreciate it when it's gone.
    I split my head open 5y ago in a stupid accident and I still feel insecure sometimes, like when I'm skating. But I started surfing after that and (found the best sport/discipline/lifestyle ever but also) regained confidence. Believe me when I say I honestly appreciate being healthy so much now! =D And I know it's gonna happen to you too as you nurse yourself back to health.
    Have a quick and full recovery! Cheers to you and your incredible surfing!

    You're a gem, a lot like our Steph G and it shows in the way you surf...Make plenty of good smoothies to wash all those vitamin tabies down with, and keep grooving..

    Thanks so much for sharing! I’ve known my whole life something was off with my thyroid (all the signs were there) and finally went and got help as a 21 year old. It’s amazing how much better you feel when you slow down start listening to your body!!

    Thank you, Coco. That was great. With every significant injury I’ve had (ruptured Achilles’ tendon, ruptured bicep tendon, shattered collarbone) there has been a silver lining. No matter how bad a hand we are dealt there are positive ways to improve your life, whether it’s meeting someone new, learning a new skill or making/building a new project. I can’t say I’m looking forward to being hurt again but when it happens I will be ready. Thank you for your insight!

    Thank you for sharing. It's easy to ignore signs of being off when you're busy. I know that's what happened with me, and even the tests showed that my thyroid levels were off but technically in range. After I told the doctor about my weight gain and mood swings, she decided that this was a serious enough issue to treat. Looking forward to more about your daily routine!

    Wow thanks so much for sharing - this actually makes me think I might have a thyroid problem as I have basically all the symptoms but I always just blamed it on simply not having motivation or the stress in my life. I love hearing from you and being so active on RUclips now! :) Hope you're doing well!

    Thanks for sharing Coco! I haven't been able to surf since being diagnosed with Lyme disease. I went from surfing everyday to barely being able to walk. It gives me hope that my fav surfer also faced health challenges and came through in healing!!! - I dream to be able to surf again someday

    You look so beautiful and healthy coco; you’re glowing! You’ve always been an inspiration of mine growing up around the same time as you. I had mono last summer and it was definitely the sickest I’ve ever been in my life. I was diagnosed very late, already having it for months. I was so tired and felt so unlike myself, it was terrible. I did the same thing as you and keep pushing and reaching my goals. But listening to your body before you burn out is everything. I think it’s a great message that you’re sending out in such a sad time. Thanks for sharing. ❤️ Kelsey from Canada !!

    Coco, I know this video is a year old, but it made me consider my health and how I have accepted that I am tired and need naps all the time. Would you be willing to share the name of the doctor in Encinitas that helped you and advised on supplements? Have a great 2022 season!!!

      I know!! From the Medical Medium "Viruses look for egg material in the body to feed on. They feed on the natural hormones that are in eggs, which act as a steroid for the virus. It does not matter what kind of eggs you get because unfortunately all eggs feed viruses"

    Coco!!! I’m a vegetarian and I’ve always ate eggs so many eggs for my main protein source. But you say no eggs?
    What do you recommend to supplement for eggs for a protein source? Thank you!!

    • @xococoho
      @xococoho  4 года назад

      Ahh yes! It wasn't easy to start! I am a vegeterian blood type so we pull more protein from veggies then other blood types. Atleast, that's what I kept telling myself. Also we naturally eat so many things each meal with sources of protein so i've never actually felt deprived once I stopped eggs. If anything I feel better! xoxo
