Reine - tonjok, I'd be very disappointed if that's not a thing. Lamy - ice magic, probably passive that boosts Wamy Water. Haachama - throwing cooking knives, boosting Spider Cooking. Ollie - charge rifle. Mel - bats. If they add Rushia to the game, that'd be awesome, given that she's a necromancer, some minion build. With Gen 3 being Fantasy-themed, it's not hard to come up with attacks for them, except Marine, who I guess could have a flintlock pistol. Watame could have extra lives and healing. Kanata... some odd crit to damage mechanic and earthquake attacks. I don't even want to think about what Matsuri's weapons and skills could be...
Kanata having a crit build would be a bit counter productive when Gorilla Arm ups damage at cost of crit chance. Also, i'm sadly not sure if Kay would risk adding Rushia with how much the Holo members play the game on stream. Would be incredibly awkward dancing around that topic when she's sitting on screen since she has effectively been unpersoned. Though I could 100% see them adding butterflies as a subtle nod

To be fair, her char is pretty tricky to use and she only used her in the office which is a pretty big difficulty jump from the field.

I noticed that if you use Okayu's mogu mogu special and stand underneath the boss it kinda demolishes the boss in a few seconds
