Thursday morning I was doing chores. Grocery shopping, laundry, mundane stuff. At 3 in the afternoon, there was nothing left for me to, "do." I called a campground in Red River Gorge I frequent and they had 2 nights unreserved . Yay! (every campground in that area has now been fully booked, and overbooked because it is a student holiday weekend.) It was fate!

Good video. I would like to know your no salt taco seasoning recipe. I am always looking for no salt recipes.
Mix, and store in plastic container... this is for multiple uses!!!)
2 tbsp. chili powder, 2 tbsp. ground cumin, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp coriander, 1 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp ground pepper, 1/2 tsp oregano. 3 other ingredients are optional - these are: 1 tbsp. cornmeal (thickening agent), 1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder, and 1/2 tsp salt*
*salt ( if desired) is:
