Aloo 3-4 boils and sliced
Oil 1/2 cup
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Green chillies
Ginger
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Crushed kashimiri Laal mirch 1/2 tsp
Grinded anaardana 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt as required
Zeera 1/2 tsp
Ajwaen 1/2 tsp
Dry methi 1 tbsp
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
