    I love watching videos like "Polish language. Can a Bulgarian, a Croatian and a Slovak understand it?" or something like that since I'm a Bulgarian and I can participate in the Slavic challenges but I never expected to see 2 so different languages in such type of a challenge. I was sympathising with Can all the time haha. 😅 I have never learnt Spanish but I know some random famous words. As to Turkish I have been learning it actively for a long time and I understood the sentences (fortunately) but still found some of them confusing because often times Turkish is so metaphorical. And I love it as confusing and difficult as it is. 😅🇹🇷

      Bulgarian and Macedonian dont have cases and dont use some common words such as "Я" for "I" but instead use "Az" or "Yaz". They also have some other grammatical features and phonetical differences that make them sort of different from the other Slavic languages

    • @loraivanova8635
      @loraivanova8635 5 месяцев назад

      @@cheerful_crop_circle That's correct. Bulgarian doesn't have grammar cases anymore. Also yea, we say "аз". I would like to know why our language (and Macedonian) changed so drastically.

    • @cheerful_crop_circle
      @cheerful_crop_circle 5 месяцев назад +1

      @@loraivanova8635 Maybe they decided that cases and palatalization are archaic features, so they decided to get rid of them in order to appear more "modern" and "sophisticated". Perhaps that is why to Bulgarians and Macedonians, the other Slavic languages sound kinda funny and goofy because of their use of cases and extra palatalization which dont exist in Bulgarian and Macedonian

    • @loraivanova8635
      @loraivanova8635 5 месяцев назад +1

      @@cheerful_crop_circle It could be. Unfortunately I don't know if it all became spontaneously and naturally or it was purposely done by people. I kind of wish we had grammar cases since all languages that I have been learning have grammar cases and I enjoy them haha. But Bulgarian is full of other complicated grammar rules anyway. 😅

    • @cheerful_crop_circle
      @cheerful_crop_circle 5 месяцев назад

      Bullshit. Loan words in the Turkish language are around 10% in total. Arabic and Farsi together are therefore less then 10%. What you say make no sense! There are nearly as much French words as Arabic and around 90% pure Turkic words.

    Funny
    One third of your language is Arabic. The second third is Persian and you deny that and act offended when people say that..but then you go around looking for 10 or 20 similar words between your language and European languages and brag about it!!
    This is called cultural and social denial.

Only thing that made them relevant in history is literally islam and arabic and yet they feel a sense of superiority to arabic-speakers, its when you combine both racism and ignorance..but I blame the propaganda they've been fed ever since they were kids
