i completed my ng+ ultra hard run today and tbh 2 weapons hardcarry me
1) The Sun Scourge w 5 Instant Brittle Chance +3% coils
2) Forgefall w 4 Critical Hit Change 15% and 1 Sharpshotter Tear Dmg 100%
both weapon fully upgraded
plus fully upgraded nora thunder warrior outfit with weapon starmina + coil (that i didnt use much) and low profile weave
just freeze the machine with sun scourge (19% chance of instafreeze) and hit w forgefall overdrawn and in concentration weakspots. non crit doing 900 dmg crits 1700 to 2400 usually most machines die w 2-3 good placed shots but heavy machines take up to 10-15 hits
keep it freezed up and its slow
with that tactic ultra hard was kinda easy
if u dont have forgefall u can use iriv downfall w same setup he hits harder but i builded it w 5x component tear to get easy rid of weapon like the tunderjaw weaponary
one big minus point is the ammo crafting costs all ammo cost volatile sludge but there is a trader in tides reach that has unlimited to buy so if have the shards its easy to get them there
