ဂဠုန်ပြည်တွင် ဂဠုန်မင်း၍ နဂါးပြည်တွင် နဂါးမင်းမူသကဲ့သို့ သူ့နေရာတွင်သူ ကိုယ့်နေရာ တွင်ကိုယ် တွင်ကျယ်ကြသည်။ “နဂါးပြည် နဂါး၊ ဂဠုန်ပြည် ဂဠုန်” ဟူ၍လည်း သုံးနှုန်းကြသည်။ The meaning is that in the land of the Garuda, the Garuda King reigns, and in the land of the Dragon, the Dragon King reigns. Similarly, in one's place, one reigns supreme.
