At the request of the Parent-Teacher Association of Mewoen Tsuglag Petoen School, Dharamshala, in the morning of 17 September 2023, Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche gave a talk on the theme of "The Exile Tibetans' Education Policy" and "The responsibilities of the parents", and answered questions, at the general meeting of the householder parents, convened in the hall of the Lower Petoen School at Sherab Gatselling, Dharamshala.
