The Tale of a Modern Classic - 52: The Complete Story

In 2006, one week after the Infinite Crisis, DC put out a weekly comic book series that lasted for a full year. Called 52, this details the year following the Infinite Crisis, which put Superman, Wonder Woman, and Batman out of commission for the entire year.
Featuring a series of interconnected stories revolving around Adam Strange, Animal Man, Batwoman, Black Adam, Booster Gold, Ralph Dibney, Lex Luthor, Will Magnus, Renee Montya, The Question, Starfire, and Steel, there's a lot to talk about. Plus, with writing by Geoff Johns, Grant Morrision, Greg Rucka, Mark Waid, and Keith Giffen, there is even more to consider from the perspective of behind the scenes. We'll also talk about the art, which includes a substantial amount of people like Joe Bennett, Chris Batista, Eddy Barrows, Keith Giffen, Phil Jimenez, Dan Jurgens, Jamal Igle, and much, much more.
Plus expect a lot of content getting into how this story is a bit of a history lesson for the DC Universe, and one of the best, most substantial stories for new comic book readers to start out with. We'll also cover the related side-event tied into 52, known as World War III, and all the cataclysmic events surrounding it, and even hidden messages that hinted at DC's future of Final Crisis, the New 52, and even Death Metal and the Infinite Frontier! 52 was itself a stunt drummed up to garner sales. So calling a death in 52 a stunt to garner sales is a little, idk, redundant? Im not sure if thats the right way to put it but you get the idea.

I have to ask tho… why didn’t you just do the narration all together and then the background/review. You said at the beginning you had to stray from the usual structure but you never said why. Comicstorian posts full stories and clearly he isn’t getting his videos slapped down and tbh, I get the impression they aren’t getting claimed either. Is he getting special treatment or something you think?
Or was it just your artistic choice? Just curious. I’m digging through the back catalog of full stories since I haven’t been able to follow your work much over the last 6-8 months it seems. Thx as always guys.

Great complete story on 52 which in my opinion is a great story and one of my all time favorite series that we haven't gotten in a very long time which is sad because I think 52 as a concept with as a weekly series could work for other stories however unfortnately history didn't play out that way and every attempt to copy 52 success have ended in failure like countdown to final crisis and its other terrible sequel futures end which was garbage and earth 52 worlds end but that's just my opinion.
