I wish you lots of love, light, faith and strenght. Even if you would be useless at the moment, know that your loved for who you are. Not because what you do. Besides that, try no to be the judge of yourself, don't think about the past or the future but just be in this moment, feel (objective) your being, feel your breath. Go outside if possible and breath! Feel the fresh air, the wind, the sun, the earth beneath your feet and try to feel greatful for the hug you got from nature. I really wish and pray this will help you to feel a little lighter. It is always there for you. You are really loved.❤❤❤
I needed this, I have borderline crippling anxiety, I'm prescribed marijuana to help it but I get a really guilty feeling using it, I'm in the UK, I'm on holiday to see family, the weather's bad I'm not used to the hilly roads and I just needed these 20 minutes to meditate I feel so so much better. I can't stress how important it is to force yourself to stop and breathe and listen to healing music like this x
