This is absolutely fantastic, absolutely everything you are mentioning regarding the feet not having a proper posture and its affect on the hips, the spine , the brain and even the cerebellum, its everything what my daughter is batteling with. Physiotherapists just don't know of this knowledge..........absolutely amazing and so accurate and all makes so much of sense. So utterly grateful for your unique work & knowledge............thanks for teaching us ...............xxxxxx much appreciation & respect xxxxxx
You are the greatest expert I have seen on youtube on this topic and I have seen at least 50 videos on how to fix the flat feet. I have personally noticed positive improvement since i started doing weight training for glutes as well as externally rotating excercises + abductor stretches and toe stretches but still, I feel like I am missing some secrets to reverse the bunion and flax feet, thanks for your contribution
I have S1,L5 problems. Flat feet and wear a Richie brace on my left ankle because of a injury to the spring ligament complex with associated posterior tibialis tenosynovitis tendinosis. Both feet have pronation.
Hi I saw your video n I liked the info you gave . I am having this problem since 4 to 5 years .But being from India we ladies are used to wearing chappal so can you suggest any thing for us . Thanks
What do you think about the hypocure implant for flat feet? I just had my first one done since I was born with extremely flat feet.. it’s been a game changer and lest invasive with absolutely no pain.. I am now working on strengthening my feet..
I've been diagnosed with a pelvic tilt and therefore arthritis in my lower spine. The pain specialist said I need orthotics - I paid $650 canadian for 2 pairs. I wear them as much as possible but am still in loads of pain. Having 3 kids did not help as the specialist said due to my pelvic tilt - my hips haven't gone back into place. Does that sound accurate? Do orthotics not actually help? What exercises should I be doing? Please give me your insight as I find myself in lots of pain (lower back, hips, upper back and neck). My doctor doesn't believe I am in enough pain to give me pain killers. I am exhausted from pain and trying to keep up with little ones. Any information would be much appreciated. ♥️
Hello, does the Therapeutic Insoles have any positive effects in diminushing the pain caused by varicose veins on both legs? Also, how do you wear them, wich side is up ? Thank you in advance. I love your work, PosturePro team!
They improve your center of mass and help with energy expenditure. Side up is the lighter side, but they do work both ways. You can always email your questions at orders@posturepro.co
I have had flat feet for as long as I can remember I have been working on it for quite some time, I have observed that I have EXTERNAL rotation of my tibula and of my femur causing my feet to tow out. Slightly raising the inside of my heel seems to align my tibula and ankle. Also why would evolution result in the foot sensing a frequency ?
Annette, why don’t you incur an external rotation from the hip down, and then the opposite will happen from the kinetic chain down to the arch? The arch will supinate , as the tibia externally rotates? Makes sense?
I have fleet ... I want to join the army ... So should I join or not ? I have not experienced any kind of pain while running bare footed but felt pain during running with shoes ... Is there any way it can be fixed?
If anyone can answer this I would appreciate it SO much. 1. Do these insoles go on top of the insole already in the shoe? Or does it replace it? I get the skin/frequency/nervous system thing, but these insoles alone don’t look like they provide much support. I suffer from hyper mobile ankles + flat feet. So the over-pronation is really bad (It’s difficult to balance, causes fatigue, pain, etc.) I’m only 28 and even standing in the shower is a struggle. I often sit. PLEASE HELP 😭
Therapeutic Insoles are designed to either replace the existing insole in your shoe or be placed on top of it. The frequency stimulation in the Therapeutic Insoles means they can positively impact your posture and proprioceptive feedback even when you are seated or when they are within 6 inches of the skin. This proximity effect allows for a continuous interaction with the body's sensory systems, potentially aiding in postural correction and alignment improvements throughout the day, regardless of your activity level making them uniquely effective in a variety of scenarios, not just while standing or walking. While traditional orthotics provide physical support to correct foot alignment, Posturepro insoles aim to retrain the brain's perception of gravity and improve overall postural alignment through sensory stimulation. This approach might not provide the same kind of physical support you might expect from conventional insoles, but it targets postural correction from a neurological perspective. Given your description of hypermobile ankles and flat feet, and the associated challenges like over-pronation, fatigue, and pain, it's crucial to approach your condition holistically Including the eyes, feet, and jaw. Each of these elements can influence and contribute to overall posture, so a comprehensive approach may be more effective in achieving long-lasting results. Lastly, I would highly recommend looking for the fix my posture bundle and booking an online.
I have pronated arches. Would this have caused my mild scoliosis? I have chronic pain in my upper back/ right scapular area. Will the insoles help someone with scoliosis?
@@Posturepro i see, will there by any ways to counter that ?..and i still wonder...if thats the case ..our ancestors had a diminished sensation... right
@@blueliar can confirn. I can sprint across gravel and pull thorns from my soles without pain. Mild discomfort if a pointy rock hits the ball of my foot on a down stroke. Much improved my balance when i stopped unnecessarily wearing shoes. That and toe lifts on steps
So much mumbo jumbo! Sorry to say but our foot is a very robust structure. It doesn’t loose its curve by its own. Rather it’s a compensatory mechanism of some other injury that’s been loading the foot excessively. It can be your lower back injury, hip injury, knee injury etc. All these injuries changes your natural gait ever so slightly and down the road you discover you started to loose your curvature in foot. Then this lost of curve in turns affects the knew & hip negatively. That’s a feedback mechanism. So the actual scenario is Reverse. To simply put adult acquired flat feet is a symptom of injuries in some other parts of the body. It will never go away unless you address the root cause. (Congenital flat foot is different though)

It helps alleviate the symptoms but does not treat the true cause behind the condition.
