1. Where is the clinic?

4. How long does it take for me to get an answer?
We want to point out that we can rarely reply to social media messages because we do not have the time, and the information on social media is always incomplete.
Often there are also questions to which you can find answers on our website yourself if you take the time. A hair transplant should be approached very seriously, and therefore, we always recommend reading everything on the website.
We don't work with a Sales team, because we don't want to sell anything. All inquiries are analyzed by our team of doctors and therefore, an answer can sometimes take up to two weeks. To make it easier for us to evaluate your request, please send us all the information and pictures by email.
5. Is there a guarantee?
No, you are not buying a TV or a device, it is cosmetic surgery, and there is never a 100% guarantee. It would help if you avoided a clinic that offers you a promise. What should there be a guarantee on? That the hair will grow or will not fall out for life?
Neither can be guaranteed. Use common sense. You minimize the risk by choosing a quality clinic.
6. No DHI!
DHI is not a technique that brings benefits to the patient. We do not work with assistants on patients, so DHI or the Choi Implanter is not essential to us. Many low-cost providers advertise with DHI technology for marketing purposes. Be careful with DHI promises, because this is no guarantee for quality. i did also for the guys who wants to do expect not magic it gives your 30-45 years old hair better than nothing but dont expect superlong hairs. My morality boost was the thing i was like testicle head now im 24 years old i have hair of old men but better than nothing guys for the guys who 3-5 k € doesnt worth spending just do it.
