Unidentified Objects in Sky - High Altitude Balloons?

Friday afternoon, 10/3/14, I saw three bright objects in the sky that looked like stars. They seemed to stay in the same location; when I went to grab a camera to film them, I found that the clouds had moved and obscured two of them. I am guessing these objects were high altitude balloons? Most of the video is me trying to find the third one in my superzoom camera (a Panasonic Lumix FZ-200); you can see the object at around the 0:50 mark.
