      @@mototop_ it only works better without launch control because it’s obvious you are a good rider that’s able to balance clutch / power on a hugely powerful bike without stalling it spinning it or flipping it LOL for most people will probably better with launch, I have heard a number of good riders say that they can launch without the computer and electronics but probably not average LOL impressive video and great riding🎉

    • @mototop_
      @mototop_  6 месяцев назад

      @@malcolmwhite6588 Thanks :) I would say it always depends on the launch control. MotoGP or World SBK riders aren't bad in launching, but they only use launch control. Maybe one reason could be, that it's easier to do it well every time with a launch control. Humans like to make mistakes sometimes. Electronic is pretty accurate.

    291 km/h is very impressive speed. But this bike is heavily restricted from factory interms of performance. I really hate the gentlemen's agreement of limiting Top speed to 300 km/h among japanese manufacturers. But I also understand that they cannot violate the government's speed restriction and emission laws😏

    I am a big fan of your channel which contains unique and precise comparisons ! The Gopro GPS seems surprisingly accurate vs Dragy. I might buy one Gopro for its GPS capabilities (I also have a P-GEAR which is a similar device than Dragy). I have 2 questions:
    - Which Gopro version are you currently using (it's a pity that the latest Gopro 12 doesn't have GPS anymore...) ?
    - How do you measure the distances (for the distance times) ?
    Cheers

    • @mototop_
      @mototop_  11 месяцев назад +1

      Oh thanks 😊
      I have the Hero 7. It's the last one that's working with the Gopro Quick desktop app. I simply use the freemaptools for measuring the distance and compare it with the position in the video. It's not so bad compared to dragy. As you can see dragy always shows about 0,1s faster times. I guess dragy starts counting a little bit later. I start counting from the very first move forward.

    Awesome launch! How is this heavy bike so fast 0-100?
    Is the extra weight / longer wheelbase having less tendency to wheelie?
    100-200 is more power to weight ratio I guess, M1000RR and Panigale is way faster there.

    • @mototop_
      @mototop_  11 дней назад

      @@BalikaMr yes, it's the long wheelbase and low cog. But also that the 1st gears topspeed is not so high. At a 1000cc superbike at 100kph in 1st gear You're far away from maximum power.

    • @mototop_

      The numbers in subtitle are calculated with the Gopro GPS.
      Measurement devices are not 100% equal. For example I noticed that Dragy GPS shows 1km/h more topspeed than Gopro GPS. And I guess the Dragy starts a little bit later to count the time. At Gopro GPS I start calculating from the very first move forward at the start.
