MY NEW ABS & HIIT ROUTINE

- Hi Guys.. in this video I’m showing you my new abs workout where I have also incorporated some HIIT.
I typically aim for 4 rounds with 10-12 reps on the abs exercises and around 45-60 seconds on the hiit exercises.
No rest in between exercises this has to be performed as a circuit. 😃
