I guess it depends on your budget, if you have $1M you should be able to afford it...depends on the property. I just don't have that much so living there will just be on my wish list lol.😁
I wish i lived in the north the suburbs sound so beautiful and nice and the houses look so amazing and beautiful and its near the beach so it has a nice ocean breeze unlike here in the south it sucks compared to the north.

Sorry mate, I'm not really sure what other suburbs i have driven through in this video. All I know is we came from Hillarys Boat Harbour on that day and decided to drive around the area. I started filming when I saw how beautiful the place is. 🙂
At 5.30 turning into Mullaloo and driving along the Mullaloo beach front, then turning left into Ocean Reef at the roundabout further along. Then onto Iluka and Burns beach.
