Thanks for putting this out there, mine was a little bit different but your vid was to closest. Acer suckered me into sending it back to them, eluding to it being covered under warranty... but after I spent $22 to send it to them they come back with a "diagnoses" of "the screen is cracked" WHICH I TOLD THEM, and a $425 repair cost! You saved us $300! Really helped!

Thank you. There are three different displays possible. You need to disassemble it.

Like he said, you need to disassemble it & send a picture of the label(s) from the back of the display to whomever you are buying it from.
Can you put the screen back on after you've taken it off? The "casing" around the screen has been bent
My touch screen suddenly stop working but pen still working but in some area on the screen don't wrk and lagging
