Outstanding show...then you bring the Rolling Thunder as a major flex! 7:12 to the end is just a perfect finish to an already amazing display! Please move to southern Pennsylvania, and be my neighbor. 💥💥💥
What a great job Patrick ,Dave and all Patrick’s helpers. And last but not least great job camera man. What a great show. Wish I could of saw it with my family in person. Thank you for sharing
I don't understand why you don't have more subscribers than CodyB. Long time follower, bought your guide on getting an atf license around 7years ago, but have been stuck in a financial rut and haven't been able to buy a magazine or anything yet so have it sitting on the back burner. Recently started having children and hoping to acquire a house and magazine by the time they're old enough to appreciate
Very nice. Just think those rolling thunders should have been spaced out a little further apart, for the effect. Maybe 2 line rows of 6 that's about 8 feet apart. Guess that's how I would have done it, but still was a great show :).
Man that was awesome!!! I wish I could come help setup sometime and learn some things from you!! If your ever near Indianapolis and need help just let me know! I work for watching fireworks lol!
Love your tireless work, theory and show set up video's Dave. I've done a fair few shows myself, and with a background in video and photography the one main issue I see with many filmed display video's i watch is the following of the effects with the camera which detracts from the quality of the show. There is nothing worse than watching the hard work setting up and then when the show is fired the camera framing is up and down up and down. It makes the viewer disoriented and loses the overall scale of the event in my opinion. With all the displays I have personally filmed I have used only Gopro hero 4's on small 4 foot tripods and stands where in the daytime I have viewed and selected the framing based upon the fireworks and effects selected. I have the lower bottom of the frame so it shows approximately 6 feet of grass then the first firing position and then the camera is tilting backwards slightly and locked off with the uppermost top of the frame which covers an overall height of the mortars when fired around 300 feet for example. I always film in 1080p 50fps in linear The overall video shows the entirety of the whole show without any up and down camera work My best tip is the have one camera show dead centre and if you wanted another angle I'd have one show left of right covering the firing ignition of the effects. This may be a great tool for anyone wishing to film or photograph fireworks displays Keep up the amazing work Dave
I find it easier to hit the Step button on the Cobra instead of each individual number. Too hard to find the button your looking for. Just keep your finger on Step and hit it when you want

Great fireworks show Dave
I spent close to 4K in phantom getting buy 1 get 2...and it still couldn't compare...great finale!!!!
At that price level you should buy wholesale. From star spangled novelties out of mosine Wisconsin. For 4k retail you'd soend like 1.5 to 2k
d l I agree, star spangled novelties has great prices even if your budget is under 1000
@@dl3387 I'd love to check those out...but I live in Jeresy...that'll be a hike to some fireworks 🎆 😀

That was fucking awesome Nice job
Awesome
I thought PGI canceled this years convention. JK awesome show to everyone involved!
Just wish camera person could stay focus on the fireworks going off! Also stop talking during the Display (Dave)! Killer set up thanks
I find it easier to hit the Step button on the Cobra instead of each individual number. Too hard to find the button your looking for. Just keep your finger on Step and hit it when you want
that's insane
More poor footage.
Might just be my phone but most of the fireworks looked identical to me except for that badass salute finale. Little boring
I can’t wait to see your exciting show next year!
