You think building or repairing ships is as easy as saying your name “ubok”…?? Go to Naval Shipyard Limited in port harcourt, go and help them complete it to 100% in 2 minutes

This is the most criminally dubious stunt packaged arrangement I have ever seen.
Even local civilian produced shipbuilding yards in poorer countries don't have this type of infrastructure not to talk about a military ship.
Do they think Nigerians are daft?
Go buy more 3rd grade abandoned soviet boats from Russia and save us this stunts and dubious emphasis on world class standard my foot.

Are you the one that is providing Nigeria’s defence budget…?? If we buy submarines, of what use will they be to us…?? South Africa, Algeria, Egypt, of what use has their submarines been since they have surface combatants with anti submarine capabilities…?? Do you know how much it will cost to buy, operate and maintain a submarine…??
