Remember the knees GSP used to throw to someone he had in turtle position. My god how did anyone wsnt to fight after gsp kneeing you like that. The fedor punch hurts when you miss a bit. So makes sense kajan knows this so well seeing that he is a tristar guy.

We forget how violent this sport really is. And that's just it this is a sport. We dont want to truly kill our opponents unless our name is sean strickland which is why it is so very important for the ref to step in at any point where the guy on top is able to deliver these blows. Even from inside the guard or cross trap position (i wont say the term for this as my god died on one) but if big shots like this are being landed the ref gotta be on it. Even in amateur. Cause its a sport. We dont want to.cause people serious injuries like ruptured ear drums or like kajan and i have reconstructive surgery on our faces both from knees. We love to test ourselves but reality is 99% of the world is going to lose to us. So why do we need to go right to the top ? Because we are crazy. Let's not kill each other over the same dream
If you're getting smashed like that verbally tap or tap and my god just stop, fuk the ref if he hasn't come in yet ref caused me a loss and bad memories for smahsing a guy for way too long. Good demo kajan, i think for self defense and for mma youre so good. Few have been at the levels you have. Your team and Vancouver is lucky to have you. There are maybe 6 guys in all the lower mainland with this knowledge and none of them have such a good attitude which makes it really only one choice. Ali, jamie these guys are good. Now we know why, they are very lucky. Not many guys gonna beat ali and the ones that so are ufc now. Shows you how good his coach must be.

Excellent content as always, coach. It goes to show just how good Fedor was 20 years ago.

Absolutely brutal. I can feel the power in those shots. Keep up the work because no one is making videos like this
