Hello Ruth. There are many classes on almost all those course units that you are requesting for, especially admin law. Check among the videos and pick out what you're interested in.
Go to my channel, tap on "play list" then choose the area of study your interested in or course unit of your choice, all videos released on a certain subject can be found in one single play list of an area your interested in. In the event you don't find it in that play list then it's not on my channel.
Quite interesting differences in matrimonial property in uganda .In Kenya its different for property registed before marriage or acquired solely even during marriage belongs to the person who acqured it but matrimonial property remains a property to both parties but they must prove contribution
It's the same thing in Uganda as well. There is no difference. The court considers a number of factors such as contribution, whether the property is a gift, whether it was acquired prior or during marriage, what partners agreed, whether it's inheritance property, source of funds used to purchase property. etc etc.
Hello Nansubuga. You are welcome. The Latin term is "per curium" which means a unanimous judgement of court or a decision of court where all judges are in agreement. Am certain that I explained the meaning after the term. Thank you.
Judgement was released by the court of appeal on 15th November 2022 not on 25th Nov as stated in the video, that was a slip of the tongue.
Thankyou so much counsel Conrad

So the intention is what counts
Yes Linda, court will always strongly consider the intention of the parties as well.

Sir, with due respect you used per curiam in the wrong context. Thanks for content though
